Each machine is carefully evaluated, disassembled, rebuilt, tested, and verified using a Quality By Design approach rooted in Genie engineering standards and SRC’s remanufacturing expertise. The result is equipment that delivers dependable performance in the field while extending the usable life of proven Genie machines.

Disassembly
Every piece of a lift that comes through our doors is disassembled. It’s a systematic breakdown of every component so we can evaluate and restore each part properly.
Cleaning
Once disassembled, components go through thorough cleaning using specialized methods designed for different materials. This stage removes wear, buildup, and grime so we can inspect parts accurately.
Inspection
Every component is checked against original equipment specifications. This ensures we know what parts can be reused and which need reconditioning, remanufacturing, or replacement, all guided by engineering standards.
Reconditioning & Remanufacturing
If needed, parts are brought back to spec through machining, balancing, and refinement. This ensures each piece meets strict performance and durability requirements before going back into a rebuild.
Assembly
Parts are organized and grouped into kits to support smooth, accurate assembly. Technicians rebuild machines step by step, following engineered work instructions so every build matches our quality expectations.
Testing & Validation
Once assembled, each machine is tested by the same standards as new equipment to ensure top quality benchmarks. This final check confirms the machine is ready for another life cycle.
