Our Story
Genie Recon was created to do one thing exceptionally well: recondition Genie lifts to the highest standard in the industry, and do it in a way that creates meaningful careers along the way. By combining Genie’s Quality By Design engineering and global service network with SRC’s remanufacturing discipline and people-first operating model, Genie Recon was formed to raise the bar for what reconditioning can be — for customers, for equipment, and for the technicians who make it all happen.
What We Do
Genie Recon specializes in the full reconditioning of select Genie lift models. Each machine goes through a structured, quality-driven process designed to deliver reliability, performance, and consistency. While our work adds value for equipment owners, what truly defines us is how the work gets done: with attention to detail, repeatable processes, and skilled technicians who understand the responsibility that comes with putting equipment back into the world.
The People Making it Happen
Behind every reconditioned lift is a team of technicians, leaders, and support staff who care deeply about the work and the people beside them. We’re builders, problem-solvers, and hands-on learners. Some of us come from manufacturing. Others from maintenance, mechanical trades, or technical programs. What we share is a mindset: show up, do the work right, and help each other get better along the way.

We believe strong businesses are built in strong communities. Through volunteer efforts, fundraising initiatives, and partnerships with local nonprofits, our associates actively support organizations across the Ozarks.
Our Community Relations Committee (CRC) meets monthly to help direct resources where they’re needed most and to lead hands-on volunteer efforts throughout the region.
We also invest in workforce development through training partnerships, including collaborations with Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) and other local programs.
